Auto-trash

Overview

This Action sends flagged messages to the trash folder of a mailbox. It can be used automatically via Rules, manually in the dashboard, or via API.

In Google Workspace, trashed messages are moved to the Trash folder.

In Microsoft 365, trashed messages are moved to the Recoverable Items folder.

How to add Auto-trash to Rules

  1. Click "Detection" or “Triage” in the left nav of your Dashboard
  2. Click on the Rule you wish to add the action to, opening the detail view for this Rule
  3. Click "Edit" in the top right of this detail view
  4. Click the "Actions" dropdown and select your Auto-trash Action
  5. Click "Save Rule"
